How could you do that if you are sane ? SERIOUSLY ! your are sick ! U NEED HELP ! and for the pain that was caused to his cute puppy, I want to make him famous like all those who are pet abusers ! Famous enough that he will be forever remembered as someone who is so cruel to animals ! I wrote this blog because am really really sad for that cute puppy and am so upset as in upset for you, Jerzon ! You may get away with the law but you just can't get away from the power of internet ! You are a curse to society of animal lovers ! May you live your entire life happy by being remembered forever as the most cruel pinoy to animals !

  Which made me think:

Halla ! ano nang mangyayari sa mga agent ng sitel ? precisely the tenured ones ? who are planning to resign because of 'some confidential matters' which I rather not mention here ? Given the fact that Convergys salary is MANILA-RATE ! or should I say relatively higher than Sitel's ?  will they still stay in the company ? Of course, the answers to my questions are pretty obvious, and if you're a Sitel agent (like some of my friends who has their own stories and experiences)  I'm pretty much sure that you know what I mean when I said 'some confidential matters' eh ? Ohhh boy ! everyone deserves a greener pasture ! =)) (opinyon ko lamang po ito) Well am not that worried for the agents of PS, since i think they have a good credibility, but don't get me wrong that am trying to enphasize here that Sitel doesn't have that CREDIBILITY.

Convergys is set to operate in BAGUIO this month (JUNE) 2011 if am not mistaken (as of this writing I have no clue when will be the exact date) and if Sitel won't make the "bestmarket move", I'm afraid what will happen next. If you work at Sitel, you definitely know what I mean and you know what's the latest talk of the town.

For the people who are still part of Sitel.. I know you love Sitel and Sitel deserves your loyalty but.. make sure you love your job too ! =)) Well, I'll let your 'heart' decide ! Or should you let your 'head' decide ?

Well, I don't know ! You need to think of the best move ! 

AEGIS PEOPLE SUPPORT

It's past a month since my last day in AEGIS PEOPLE SUPPORT. I still miss the workplace there MOST ESPECIALLY my acquaintances who became my friends too =))

If you like a job in a call center industry, perhaps this is such a good workplace for you based on my self experience. If you think that it's that hard to be hired in here, you're just being pessimistic. Fact are, as long as you have a good communication skills, multi tasking ability, and a 30 wpm typing speed ? you're good ! Let me tell you, it is just confidence that gave me a chance to work inside this call center. And i can assure you. People in this company ? beyond awesome REALLY !

Moreover, Aegis People Support has a lot to offer for their employees good  compensation, incentives, and valuable healthcare benefits. In addition to that, they also organize parties for their employees during special celebrations.

The only thing that I think Aegis People Support needs to improve on is their ability to provide some recreations for their employees. Other than that, Aegis People Support is a perfect workplace gauranteed.THUMBS UP !!

ORGANIZING MY CLOSET IS JUST A SNAP ! (no sweat)

My closet before was overflowing !! it's in which door you loathe opening as I certain to have something drops on me ! And that's terribly crazyyyyyy !!!!! the poor organization (which is my fault indeed) can really produce a boat load of aggravation while I try to find matching shoes or the belt which seems to have evaporated into thin air !  Not a good way to begin the morning.

STORMY !!

Sooooooooooooo !!!! I decided to kill my KATAMARAN in me for a while and did my tactics to organize my closet !! =DD

LET ME SHARE.

To begin, take everything out of your closet. Pile your clothes on the bed, and set everything else on the floor around the bed, keeping on side of the bed clear. This will become your sorting station.

Now that you've done your first pass of sorting and have created piles of similar items, go ahead and think about how you would like to arrange your closet. Some like to organize by color, others by season or length. Doesn't matter which way you decide to organize your belongings just that you have a system. Go ahead and sort through your piles further refining your groupings and purging as you go. 

There's no better time than the present to get starting with organizing closets. The advantages are so immediate and gratifying. Not to mention, you will most likely discover fairly a few items you forget about (or lost). You do not need to go shopping whenever you have an overflowing closet. You can conquer the clutter and experience the change. Get started these days !

REMEMBER ! Decrease, Eliminate, as well as Purge is the name of the game. The most crucial thing to do when commencing a closet transformation is to remove things permanently. Gid rid of whatever you haven't worn, wanted or fit you (I realize this last one is tough for many people when you are just so close to shedding that extra vacation weight). A good guideline is if you have not worn it (or fit into it) during the past year it's about time for it to go.

Congrats ! Now that you've tackled the "Organize Closet" venture not only will you get to enjoy the benefits daily of the new organized closet but you'll be likely to start everyday off on a calmer and much more peaceful note.

The brand-new rule is that if you want to bring something new in to stay then one thing old needs to come out. =))
