The Dance of LOVE VS HATE?

love_vs_hate_sticker-p217036580389125773en71c_216

Why does love have to hurt and why does hate have so much more positive sides to it than love… for what is love but nothing more than pain we let ourselves go through over and over again... love comes with fighting, heartbreaks, worry  and even leads to hate while hate stays hate and there's no pain or heartbreak cause you never allow there to be so tell me what do u think is better love or hate???

But I learned that love is the greatest thing on earth. Greatest feeling a human could ever experience and greatest gift you could give.  I learned that love is everything it's cracked up to be. That's why people are so cynical about it... It really is worth fighting for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don't risk everything, you risk even more. I learned that love is a glimpse of heaven.

It Was Not That Hard.

Before the third term started I was really busy processing some documents. I went to the Commission on Elections office, NBI office, NSO and DFA and somehow I was pretty amazed with the very fast processes they conducted.  Its actually my first time to process my own documents and based on some articles that I read some processes of these government units really suck but with my experience, everything went well and the flow was indeed smooth.
I think Filipinos now are ore becoming more disciplined and government employees are now practicing “good customer service”. Maybe these simple things are somehow contributing into why our economy is rising.
Oh well, good job to our government employees and of course to the Filipinos who are learning how to follow rules already.
And just to give you guys a reminder if you are planning to process your own documents as well… BE EARLY!

SNAIL PHASE

                                           snail

One objective of simplifying your life is to free up time and energy so you can focus these on more important things. Simplifying does not necessarily equate to slowing down your life.  Slowing down is something that must be done as consciously as weeding out the unnecessary stuff.

Here are 5 Good Suggestions to help you slow down:

1) Sit down for meals.    I too am guilty of occasionally eating over the sink-or worse - in the light cast by an open refrigerator door.   This not good for your soul.    Scarfing down food is NOT good for your body.   Take a slower approach.  Set the table.  Chew your food.  Enjoy the flavors.

2) Modify your Morning Routine so you aren't rushing out the door.   Get up 15 minutes earlier and just sit with a hot beverage and your happy thoughts.   Organize as much of the daily preparations as you can the night before- clothes, lunch, breakfast etc.

3) Drive the Speed Limit.   You'll get better gas mileage and you will be least likely to have an accident.   Make zen-like focus your habit when you are in the car.   There is no more important place to be fully present!  Give yourself plenty of time to get there.   If by chance you are late...make a courtesy call your solution; not speed!

4) Take Breaks.   You should not sit at your desk for longer than an hour at a time.   Set your calendar to send you notices each hour to take a break.   Use this time to stretch, use the bathroom, refill your beverage, take a little walk, or simply refocus your eyes.

5) Leave yourself sticky note reminders to slow down.   A few key places to stick these:  on your steering wheel; in a calendar notice (so it pops up on your computer screen); on the bathroom mirror; on the fridge

CHTM Enrollment

Being an international student is somewhat hard because you are not a priority specially when it comes to enrollments.
We just had our enrollment last 7th of January till the 14th. So on the 11th I went to school to enroll and I was pretty amazed with the outcome. I went really early because I was expecting for a lot of students that will enroll and of course that will cause a very long line but there was really changes that happened. I thought the pre-enrollment was really effective its just weird for an international student to undergo a pre-enrollment process.
I just went to a certain room to get my enrollment folder which was kept by the department. Inside the folder, my grades were attached already, I just updated my course syllabus and got an admission slip from the assigned instructor and went straight to the encoding area to confirm with the subjects and schedule that they already fixed for me the went straight to the cashier and paid, next spot was library for I.D validation and printing of the subjects enrolled and schedule then tadaaaah!!! done!
The pre-enrollment was really a thumbs up and am looking forward for a better enrollment process in the future as well.
5 stars for CHTM of University of the Cordilleras.

FIRST BEACH ENCOUNTER FOR 2013

Me and my friends planned to go to the beach just to relax, a short get-away from the reality, to get some fresh air and of course to catch up with each other after a very long holiday break. Unfortunately only one of my friends made it but still we continued the plan maybe because we were hungry to to have our first beach experience for 2013 and of course we did not regret it.

MY DATE BOOK!

I haven't had a planner that I really used productively.
For 2013 I will try to use a planner just in case it will help me to think ahead and to stop procrastination. Maybe if I can look quickly at my calendar and see a list of what I need to be doing, then I might respond much quicker

There are few thing that I want to write on my planner specially that am back in school.
  • homework
  • and due dates
  • Test dates
  • Dances, parties, dates, celebrations
  • Family gatherings, vacations, excursions
  •  test dates
  • Fees—due dates
  • things to buy
  • things to do
Or simply put everything in my planner. I must remember that anything that takes up time, like a date or a coffee with my friends, will keep me from working on an assignment. If I  don't put these things in my planner as time out, I may not realize how limited my homework time really is. This leads to cramming and all-nighters. haha! Sounds like a real student now huh? yeah. i badly need to do this because I'm planning to get a full load next term, which i wish will really happen.

This planner will be a part of my everyday life. Will carry it with me at all times and remember to check it every morning and every night.

MY PLANNER

from TOMATO located in Mall of Asia but of course it's also available in their different branches and yeah it's for only 200 pesos

Sorry for the Red envelope right there. It was given by one of my Titos. It's a traditional way of giving money as a Christmas gift.

What I like about this planner is that it has it's own bucket list of things you want to stop doing and places to go to and so on and so forth.

It has it's own passport as well where in you need to collect stamps from their different stores and as soon as you get 10 stamps you can have their limited edition TOMATO TIME.

they have these discount coupons as well which I'm really happy about. haha.

and this one too STICKERS!!

and a tickler.

Already filled out my personal information.

looking forward for an amazing, fully organized 2013.
